Resonance maintains a staff of 17-22 people, including full-time and part-time employees plus contract labor, interim counselors and volunteers. Where possible, Resonance also draws on the skills of community service workers, providing them with education opportunities that they might not receive otherwise.

 

The Resonance board of directors provides the organization's governing board, with oversight and fiduciary responsibilities. Each board member serves a three-year term and then may serve another three-year term. The terms of board members are staggered and run on the calendar year.
